With all these cold snow days we have had lately, I have been wanting to make French Onion Soup. I went to foodnetwork.com and tried Tyler Florence's recipe. It was amazing!!!

I felt so gourmet using my Le Creuset pot and pouring in half a bottle of red wine over the carmelized onions.
